Review content:
A bunch of co-workers and I used this Limo service about a month ago to celebrate a co-workers promotion. We had the limo driver take us to a couple different locations. One of which was the Space Needle. Instead of going directly to the Space Needle our driver thought it would be a great idea to go to Kerry Park in Upper Queen Anne that has a great view of Seattle. While driving through the neighborhoods in a stretch hummer limo the driver seemed to get stuck on the back end. So my co-worker opened the door to help navigate him around. This is when things took a turn for the worse. The driver started dropping f-bombs and started swearing at our co-worker for opening the door. Our co-worker tried apologizing to him and said he was only trying to help him get through the streets. The limo driver proceeded to scream in his face. The driver then tried to leave our co-worker in Seattle and wouldn't let him back into the limo and started to drive away. When I told him that we weren't leaving our co-worker in Seattle he told me ""To shut the F* up!"" He proceeded to use vulgar language towards several of us. Worst experience ever with a limo service! At the end of the whole evening he tried apologizing. But when it comes to customer service there is zero excuse to swear and call anyone names.
