I just saw this site and was amazed that someone else feels like I do. I callled and left a message on their recorder last week about Dr. Mauk as my son is new to this area and we had questions. No one bothered to call me back. I called again today (9/25/2006)and I was put through to ""someone""and I was able to get out a few words and she said, ""I must put you on hold"". I held and held and held and held and held and held until I was falling asleep. No one bothered to come back on the line. His staff needs to go Dale Carnegie to learn how to deal and treat this doctor's patients. it is the pateint's that PAY his bills. Can you imagine if it were an emergency. Where does he get these kind of people....Nope, I will not call back...This may be a blessing in disguise.
