We moved here in 2003,signed a lease,and was advised by the resident manager,Kevin,that the back yard could be sodded,or zero scapped after it had been leveled out,to date the back yard has never been leveled out it is nothing but mud,we chose zero scapping,wich to date has never been done.
Cons: management does absolutely nothing regarding very loud bass car stereos and keeping other residents children away from vehicles
