Pablo Blue was recommended to me by a colleague who has been bringing his cars to this place for more than 8 years. When I first made the appointment, I talked to the owner who was very patient and explained everything to me including the tint grades and the time it would take to finish the job. He also gave me a out of the door price. I made the appointment for a Saturday as this place was a 40 mile drive from my apartment.
The day before my appointment I called to just confirm it and talked to a nice lady on the phone. When I told her that I will not be dropping my car off but will instead be waiting on it, she talked to the owner who agreed to change my appointment from early afternoon to late afternoon so that my car would be the last one he would work on that day. That way my wait time got reduced by a couple of hours. He in fact stayed later than usual to finish my car. He didn't hurry though it and I could see he was working hard and diligently to do a good job even though it was late in the evening. Small things like these go a long way in winning over customers.
Coming to the tint job itself, my Audi A3 looks awesome. The tint is of high quality and comes with a 8 year warranty. There are no blemishes, bubbles or any other defects. It is perfect. Though this place may not be the cheapest tint place in town, it is one of the best in my opinion. The quality is great and customer service is excellent!

I don' t know what everyone has to be so mad about. I worked with Alex, and he was GREAT!! Yes, it takes forever to buy a car; but that was the only thing that I could even try to complain about.
I started by researching online, and when I wrote in for a quote he got back to me in record time. Not only was he courteous, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He gave me a QUOTE. He didn't jerk me around with the "come in and we'll talk about it." I live in Houston, and I have many choices, but it only took one email from each of the dealers I asked for a quote from for me to choose Clear Lake.
When I walked in I wasn't hassled by another salesperson pretending to be "looking for Alex," I was introduced right away. He took a lot of time trying to figure out exactly which vehicle would meet my needs, and by the test drive I was in love.
I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Discount Tire will fix a flat tire free of charge. This alone is enough to make me go back. Even if the tire was purchased elsewhere, they'll fix it.
They work efficiently and they're very friendly. If they quote a time that your car will be finished, you can count on it because they've never let me down.
During comparison shopping for my tires, they always come out the lowest.

I have NEVER been treated with such respect and honesty at a car repair shop. The guys that own the shop are honest and will call you with any repairs necessary. They will tell you that there is nothing wrong when you have been told otherwise elsewhere. They fixed a fuse in my car for no charge. Another dealer told me it would be $180 to look at the problem and a minimum of 1 hour labor to repair anything that was wrong! IF they can't fix it, they will send you someplace where you won't be jerked around. I totally trust Benson's and believe everyone should take their business there.

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying any kind of product. The dealership backed out on a deal that my dad and I had separately checked on with salesmen. We did all the paperwork, test drove the car and had the key in our hands when they told us the deal wasn't possible. Understandingly, we were frustrated and called them out on their behavior. They never apologized and instead the manager was aggressive towards us. After some negotiation, he told me to shut up and which point my dad told him to give us our documents - we were leaving. He crumpled them up and threw them at my dad. My dad moved in his way to grab them and he threatened to knock out my dad if he touched him again. My mom jumped in the middle and he pushed her out of the way and walked off with half our documents. Eventually he gave them back but after back-and-forth yelling in the showroom. The manager seriously needs some anger management classes if he pretends to continue to hold his job. I'm still in disbelief.
