To keep it short. Fridge has been leaking for 4 months they have yet to fix it . I dont even have an ICE maker even after 2 written requests from me. They charge $30 a month for trash pick up and Water. Horrible pest infestation for the first 2 months. I didn't recieve a mailbox key for a month prior to moving in. Often they dont pay the trash bill and it doesn't get picked up for over a week. The Hot Tub is always cold and the pool is filthy. One of the residents had to use their own money to clean it last week. There are no lights in the pool area for safety. They entered my apt and didn't leave a note afterwards. They appologize and say they are going through a management change. This transistion has been going on for 4 months now. Dont wast your time renting here.
