Review content:
This braiding salon has such potential but the owner/manager needs to learn how to do business in the US. The woman who did my hair did an excellent job but I was at the shop for 12 hours though I had called and scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and was promised two hair braiders so that I could finish in 5 hours. When I arrived, the owner/manager told me that she would only be able to provide me with one. She was completely inconsiderate of my time and was very unapologetic. I'm tired of hair braiders that act as though they are doing me a favor when in actuality I'm paying for a service. Customer service and timeliness would improve in braiding salons if the patrons would have higher expectations. Time is money and I wish hairbraiders would come to realize this! I hope I've empowered patrons to demand better customer service and use of your time!
