I've taken my cars in to this shop a few times in the past, I got really good, honest service with the best prices. I came in this week and there is a new manager, or at least someone I've never dealt with at this shop, and I was treated like I was a dumb, poor, young woman. In fact, all he kept commenting on was how young I am and how sure he was that I didn't have money to spend on the car. Long story short, I brought my car in for the same problem 2 different times and was given 2 different diagnosis and he kept telling me he couldn't remember what they had told me the first time but that THIS time, 3 days later, there were problems with the car that he previously told me the car did NOT have. Obviously, I just said stop what you're doing and let me have my car, I'll take it some where else. Hopefully I don't drive off the lot with a car that's in worse shape than when I brought it in :( Pros: Used to be good Cons: Not so good anymore
