I called to place my order for $165 worth of cupcakes. I found the person who took my order to be rude and condescending. When I asked to have the cupcakes ready earlier than they could accommodate, Trophy Cupcakes said...""why don't you just have one of your friends come and pick them up if you can't make it."" I'm sorry, but all of my friends are executives and professionals and don't have the time or flexibility to leave work at 9am, the start of the workday. Cupcake Royale is extremely courteous and accommodating, unfortunately, their cupcakes aren't as good as Trophy. Neither me nor my friends will return to Trophy.
Pros: delicious cupcakes
Cons: extremely rude service
