I brought in a barely-used beautiful taupe color suede tote bag to have a few surface dirt marks removed. The woman who took my bag assured me that they were experts in suede cleaning and would be able to clean the bag properly. Obviously, they did not know what they were doing, because when I went to pick it up, the suede had been covered with a leather cleaner, completely changing the handfeel and drape of the suede bag. As of today, they have not taken any responsibility for ruining a $400 handbag. A reputable business takes responsibility for work that is not finished to a customer's satisfaction. I do not think that Angelo's is reputable and do not recommend their services.
Pros: absolutely none whatsoever
Cons: extremely poor workmanship, management does not take responsibility for complaints
