Review content:
My wife and I have been to Dressler four or five time and have consistently received very good service and excellent food. It is a bit pricey for Williamsburg, but that is the direction the neighborhood is moving and other restaurants are quickly catching up. The atmosphere is comfortably elegant, and, unlike some other reviewers, we never felt rushed or that the service was lacking. The food is hands down the best in Williamsburg, and probably the best we have had in Brooklyn. We highly recommend the restaurant. The one negative, which has been mentioned before, is that the dining room can get a bit loud, although not any more so than an equivalent Manhattan restaurant. This is a minor nit, however, and Dressler is our favorite neighborhood restaurant on the whole. Pros: Food, atmosphere, service Cons: Noise
