Businiess name:  Mark Restaurant & Bar

Review content:
When the Mark first opened the food and the service were great. We used to go all the time, first for happy hour and appetizers and often stayed for dinner. Over the past year the food has gotten consistently worse. To give them a fair chance we've tried just about everything on the menu and each time we've been disappointed. I understand they lost the cooks who performed the excellent food preparation in the beginning and whoever is preparing the food now is just not following in the previous cooks foot steps. The service is also marginal at best. The wait staff are often unfriendly and hard to find. My guess is they are unhappy which could be due to management. There are many people who go, or used to go, to the Mark on a regular basis and it's simply good business practice when regulars are consistently spending time and money at your establishment, to make contact, smile and let the patrons know you're happy they've come in. This does not happen here. Not a good way to run a business. It's a shame this place has taken such a turn. They started out very promising. Cons: Skip this one
