Review content:
Went there to buy quality leather shoes. Really liked Vaneli shoes. Asked the salesperson if they are full leather and he said yes. Got home put the shoes on, fltted fine, took them to work and the shoes do not breathe. Went online to check if the shoe is full leather and in Nordstrom (only) it sais Vaneli shoes have synthetic lining. So i took the two pairs back to store, they refused to take to shoes back, because I worn them as well they do not feel like telling me upfront that there is synthetic lining (what I would expect from shoe for $100?), by the way the normal little tag telling the customers what is the materials used were not part of the shoes either. I am very dissapoited by the customer service, I would expect salesman to inform me about the shoe, especially if I specifically asked about the material. Then I could make as customer educated decision now i just feel cheated.
