I have rented many boats in many different states and several around the middle tennessee area. This was BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had (and the 7 other people I was with will echo this). We got the WORST boat I have ever been on in my life. The seats were busted at the seams, there were cob webs all over the place, and dead insects everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. We just laughed it off because we wanted to have fun no matter what. We actually drove the boat for about 45 minutes before parking for the majority of the day. When we wanted to head back to the marina, the boat wouldn't start. We called the marina and they sent someone out there to jump our piece of junk boat. Meanwhile the guy who jumps our boat breaks the side door completely off. We don't think much of it since this guy works for the marina. When we get back, ""captain smitty"" (might as well be called ""captain sh%$#y"") proclaims (before we even park the boat) that ""obviously no one on this boat knows how to drive a boat"". Then he says, ""you guys need to explain to me why this door is broken off"". As we try to tell him it was one if his employees that broke it, he just simply cuts us off (while a worthless metro police officer stands behind him) and says we have to pay for it. As soon as anyone speaks up, he just cuts them off and says we're paying for it. One of the girls we were with says, ""we didn't break that door"" and he has the nerve to say, ""girl I can tell you one place you can go with that mouth and that's out of here"". Then he accuses us of keeping the key turned on the whole day which was why the boat wouldn't start (NOT WHAT HAPPENED). We were charged $75 for that door and the boat was the biggest piece of junk I have ever ridden on. Not even an operating radio!!! To add injury to insult, my girlfriend was trying to get through the exit door when he swings it open from the other side hitting her in the face, yelling at her. NEVER RENT HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!
