Review content:
I stopped in just to get some information for a trip I am planning to Mexico. The lady asked if I had an appointment and I said no and she looked very annoyed. I later found out that she was the managaer and her name was Terry. She talked down to me as if I had never been out of the city and new nothing. When I asked her for catalogs she once again acted as if I was bothering her. She didnt even bother to give me a business card or take my name and phone number. Well they list my business, which I took to another agency in the area and my trip was $5,450. We take 2 to 3 trips a year and I was shopping around for a new agent because the one I had used for 6 years moved to Chicago when her husband was transferred. I wont be walking in Provident travel again! Pros: location Cons: rude salespeople, non energetic
