Review content:
I have been to the Rack Room in Rivergate several times, and I have been severly dissapointed. EVERYTIME I have stepped in the store, the male store manager is either griping one his employees out or a customer. The display each time is pathetic with even screaming. Being a customer, I would like to shop somewhere with less drama and more friendliness!!!!
Pros: good prices
Cons: rude manager, bad customer service, and lots of attitude
