I just got home from Mike's diner and since the manager didn't care about my complaint I figured I would share it with the world. LOL> I never got 2 of the things I ordered but I was charged for them. I asked for Honey mustard for my fries three times and never got it. My friend' salad was disgusting because when he ordered the ceasar they forgot the dressing and when he asked for dressing it was drown in dressing. Customer service is horrible. When I told the manager about the service and missing food she said, ""Don't tip him, he'll learn his lesson. "" What kind of answer is that ? I hope you guys make it through this economic crisis. It seems that customer service should be top notch in these times so that you get repeat business.
