I give them 5 stars because the landlord really bends over backwards to make
your experience great while living here. The apartments are very nice and the
rooms are hugh! You can't beat the price for all that you are getting. These
are really reasonable in rates . The benefits of living here are that you are right off
I-94 the expressway and you are close enough to many major stores that you
could walk to them...i.e. Target, Farmer Jacks, Hollywood Video...just to name
a few. The tenants take care in keeping the premises nice. I really do like them!

They are quite cozy inside and can easily be decorated nicely but they are said to be geared towards low income and I found out that their prices are actually higher than most of the apartments in the same area. Also there is usually a lot of noise
and kids all over. There is also the weekly police visits so I didn't stay very long
there.

These are a good starting place for a young couple. The apartments are
adorable and not that expensive at all! Located on Carlos street which is
below 23 Mile Road and east of Gratiot. A lot of young people have raved
about how nice they are. Go and mlake an appointment to see.

Right in the center of shopping sites and restaurants but these weathered
apartments are like little ragamuffins in the city. They are somewhat rundown
probably because of the amount of little ones that stay there. The upkeep is
very poor but if you are starting out and its just temporary, it might be for you.

The Lake in a very exclusive area of New Baltimore.
I love the streets that hide along the lake and Front
Street is a particular favorite. This is a well kept
neighborhood that is quiet and cozy. This apartment
complex is small (12 units) and the residents take
great concern in keeping it very nice. Most would be
quite content in living in such a glorious setting. Priced
reasonable. Within walking distance of the dairy queen,
the local beach and many smaller stores. Right on
the corner of Front and Rose Streets.

Furton put the sign up and had my house sold within 2 months of putting it
on the market. I really made out well also. They gave me a real good profit.
I sold my home on Washington Street in New Baltimore because the taxes
seemed terribly high at the time. I definitely will use this service again if needs be. They were fair in their prices and overall it was easy to sell and
collect.

I used to live in this park and what attracted me to it was that it was smaller than
most parks and they had a beautiful man made lake where you could easily
dock a small boat. There is also a fairly large beach area that residents can use
at the end of West Aulac. I always felt very safe and secluded. Like we were on
our own island. I loved living in this park before we got our own home. I heard they
are now updating and bringing in newer manufactured homes. I think they will become mostly double wides. The Park is located on the east side of Fairchild,
south of 23 Mile Road. The road is not entirely paved yet so you will have to travel
on the dirt road to get to it. They have the cutest hall available also for the residents. I held my youngest daughters baby shrower here and it was a real hit.
There is laundromat facilities for those who do not have a washer or dryer. Remember, though, if your home is
not paid off...you will be paying your mortgage plus
the park for your rental area.

This is a huge mobil home park with very old homes and some new. It is right
off 24 mile road between gratiot and the expressway. Because there is such an
assortment of homes the prices vary. One nice thing here is that there are plenty
of children so if you have little ones, you might keep that in mind.
