I chose to get a interior and exterior detail for my SUV. I had some stains that I was concerned about and went by before making my appt. to show them the stains to see if they could be removed. I was told that the stains could be removed. I was also told a full interior detailing job would be done. To my surprise I was charged $400 and so as you must expect I was looking to see a new truck. I was very disappointed first of all I was called later after I dropped the truck off and was told that the credit card machine didn't work and I had to pay cash or check. Then when I picked up my truck most of the stains were not removed however I was not notified that this was a issue! The co-worker who took my payment was very unprofessional and as soon as he got his money left and went to the garage. This was my first time at this so call professional business so I was expecting for him to go over the work that was done to my truck, at least walk me to my truck. This business charges way too much money!!! In the end the manager did give me some of my money back. However, I will never recommend this place!!! The bad part about it is a friend recommend me to them! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! YOU ARE BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF OR GOING TO CARPOOL!
