I made an appointment to repair the ice maker in my Amana refrigerator. They scheduled me for Friday from 1:30 to 4:30. I took off part of work to be there. They didn't show up! Finally at 5:20 they call and leave a message (I had left by this point), asking me if I want them to come by. Are you kidding me? No apology, no recognition that they are late. NOTHING!
I should have read the reviews here first. Looks like they have done this to others. I'll be calling someone else to fix it.
