I don't write letters too often for services that I pay for, however I wanted to take a moment to write you and all the fine people at White Glove Moving and Storage.
From my initial contact with you, to Luba and his terrific crew of packers and movers at my home in Lake Peekskill, NY (which was 65 stairs down from the moving truck) to the 2 great men (Mr. Ahmed Hassan and Mr. Julian Garcia) who unpacked the truck at the final destination in Grapevine, Texas you guys have all delivered on an unwritten promise at an agreed upon price.
I applaud each and every one of you.
Starting with you, the service has been impeccable with efficient answers to my questions and concerns, the care shown to my belongings and packing was clean, neat, and orderly, the delivery at the final destination was well executed, efficient, careful and thoughtful.
You guys are terrific and I will never stop praising you all for making what could have been a terrible situation a pleasant one.
With that said, I hope I never need a moving company again but if I do, you guys will be the only one I will call.
