Review content:
Located in the heart of downtown Fullerton in the same buildings as classic restaurants as the CELLAR and Brownstone, Cafe Hidalgo has fresh food, warm flour tortillas instead of bread and good service. Our food was good and low in salt unlike other similar restaurants and tasted different from other tapas/Spanish food we've had before. Our waiter was excellent and the chocolate creme brulee is a must. Reservations aren't always necessary and parking is on the street but there is also valet.
