Review content:
Read the contract extremely well. They will take every opportunity they can to charge you extra fees (even if it is their fault- fyi: they are incompetent, so it is not rare for it to be their fault). The workers are lazy, disorganized and extremely fake. Make sure you document every conversation you have with them; although, this will not help in the least bit when talking to them or when you seek legal recourse. Also, note that they keep rent checks in an unlocked, unorganized drawer and it is your fault if they lose it. Do not live here. They will be fairly nice to you until you give notice that you will move. Even if you do the walk through with them it is pointless. I was present for the walkthrough. She said it looked excellent, yet I was charged an additional $150 for damages that she did not mention and were nonexistent when I moved out. Also, don't move in just because you like the pool because they threaten to take away amenities if it is costing them too much money. In conclusion, do not live here.
