I went to Marina based on the reviews I read here. I spoke to the manager and went in to see him. Because I had already explained what I wanted to the manager, I wanted to speak to him only. While waiting for him (he was with other customers), I was approached by someone and asked if I needed help, I politely told this person that I'm waiting for the manager. this person rudely said to me, ""I'm the owner, you can speak to me, forget about the manager."" I was so offended by his tone and manner that I decided not to have a party here. I mean i dont give a hoot if you're the owner. After seeing this kind of behavior towards a customer and towards their manager, I'm afraid how they will treat me if i decide to have a party here. All be advised the ""owners"" are rude, arrogant idiots.
