My girlfriend her 11 year old son and myself went to Golden Nugget on Sunday June 8th 2008 at 3:15 p.m. to eat. We were directed to seat ourselves and we did. A young waiter about 17yrs. old, brings us three glasses of ice water. He leaves and returns with the menu's. Upon putting the menus down on the table, he knocks over a full glass of ice cold water on my girlfriends 11yr. old kid. He apologized and tried to cleaned up the mess while we moved to another table. It looks like it was his first time serving and he looked nervous. It was a little upsetting as you can imagine considering that we had to go somewhere right after and could not return home to change clothes.We ate, food is was ok but they raised the prices so not really worth the price. The check arrives. My girlfrind asks the new waitress nicely ""will we be getting a discount for the spilled water on the kid? She goes and checks with the manager. She returns and we get a ""NO"". We ask to speak to the manager and here is how it goes...
