Review content:
Rubix, the watier, made the evening. The crabcakes were too fishy, the beef wellington was stringy (not at all what I expected of a filet), and the seabass was about ordinary and reminded me alot of sushi...undercooked and bland, which is fine if I'd had ordered sushi. The escargot was some of the best I've ever had, but not good enough to salvage the meal. For desert, my man and I shared creme broulet. The sugar on top was thick like beveled glass and inside was not at all creamy...more like flan. Cold from top to bottom...I think they pre-made it and held it in the fridge for late diners. Entirely too overpriced for the quality. The waiter was impeccable and very personable and was the only redemable quality, other than the decor.
Pros: waitstaff, ambience
Cons: pricey, poor quality food
