Review content:
This food facility must serve the customers that think that the rude phone etiquette determines a good restaurant. We attempted to make reservations twice only to receive the consistent terrible service by phone. We unfortunately dined at that restaurant when taken by friends. As expected from the phone, to the service to the absolutely cold food, I'm glad I followed my gut and saved myself. They are lucky that the Pasadena agency is so easy on ""Old Town"" restaurants, your food was undercooked and no one cared. Lucky for you that there a lot of one time diners left for you.
