I've heard about Real Food Daily a number of times from co-workers and friends, vegans and non-vegans and felt that it was time to make a foray into the meatless underworld. Light wood colored and minimalist dining room greeted us today and luckily it wasn't crowded as we were seated promptly. I had the spring rolls, and my two companions had the salisbury seitan and the stir fry veges. I gotta say, as a die hard meat eater, I was definitely impressed by the flavors that were presented. Texturely you can tell the food isn't true meat, duh, but the flavors more than make up for that. My friend's seitan had a great tasting gravy with the wheat meat slices and mashed potatoes. The stir fry was tasty as well and the spring rolls were a little on the sloppy side. Not wrapped as well as it should've been. Hearty portions as well make this place a definite recommendation. Pros: Surprisingly good flavors, healthy organic food. Cons: There's no meat...malnourished vegans at next table made me wanna rub them with a steak
