I was there today and I had such a good experience I just had to write a review. I had my ancient car (state) inspected at Tuffy and I was blown away by the amount of work they wanted to do and the price. I took it to Regency for a second opinion. They pretty much told me the same things, but their prices were better and they didn't try and do the add ons that Tuffy was pushing on me. The mechanic I dealt with was very kind when giving me the bad news about my car and gave me a honest opinion as to whether I should invest the money in the car. I would definitely patronize this business in the future.
Pros: Service, prices, honesty
Cons: Crappy waiting area
