Review content:
Had to get my car picked up to donate to charity. Was asked to call back the number. I tried for 10 minutes before reaching them. When I mentioned this to the owner, he told me the number was so busy because they were very popular. When I asked why they could not at least keep a voice mail on the number, I was told ""We do have another number but we prefer to give this so our customers cannot disturb us at odd hours"". It was also made clear to me that the pickup for charity is done as a kind of charitable act - they do not make much money off them and can live without folks disturbing them at odd hours. I could not believe I was talking to a towing company. It seemed folks calling back to arrange for pickup were more of a nuisance to them.
