Continue your search for a rental company. Clearly, they used to do a great job back in 2009, but something has obviously changed between then and now. We used Party Pros for a 300 person wedding, rented tables, chairs, linens, lighting, etc. I'm afraid the Pro's don't remember that they are called ""Party Pros"" and don't care about providing a professional service after the initial check is paid to them. We asked them for a walk-through of the site about a month prior to our wedding, had family coming from out of town and had taken off work to get to the site to do the walk through. The day of the scheduled walk-through, we got a call from them saying they needed to reschedule and couldn't make it to the site. We told them our family was already driving from out of town and we had other vendors meeting us there and we'd taken time away from work. So, they threw the ""general manager"" at us - she came out and flitted around, took notes, and had a guy there to do the measuring. After the walk-through, I asked her to confirm that she'd noted all of the things we'd talk about on the walk-through. She guaranteed all was good. The day before the wedding, the truck showed up with the rentals and they had a distorted map of where things were to go - totally incorrect and not what we'd talked about, not one of the people they sent out (bless their hearts, were only doing their jobs), had any idea what was supposed to go where. We got on the phone and got to the general manager who said she would take care of it. They sent out the guy who measured, who had some idea of where things should go, but we spent most of the day before our wedding stressing out and directing the rental company that is supposed to be a PRO! They brought salad bars instead of bar tops, were missing the rods for some curtains we put around the restrooms, and didn't bring the right amount of wine glasses we'd ordered. And, to boot - when they arrived to pick up the rentals and the linens were on the tables, they threw our centerpieces, anything on the table on the ground and told us that they would be charging us for removal of the linens. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. This shouldn't be a hard job to get right. It would be very easy to be on top of all of this way in advance, however, I think their management is unprofessional and doesn't care about the end product. They must get enough one time business to sustain themselves. Very, very disappointed with their service.
