Visited Pearl Rd location to buy my wife a birthday gift. New to town; previously shopped in cities and jewelers including Boston, Chicago. Generally easy to please but recognize and appreciate professionalism, quality. Spent over 15 minutes in the store, looked over jewelry, time pieces. Settled on one area looking around for help. Last customers left; the store now was empty. One young man passed behind me brushing my back; certainly knew I was there. Another stood near the door making personal phone calls. Not a word or glance from anyone. Finally left. I note the favorable comments from some customers. Must say Sheiban's interest in customers is selective; cannot compete with personal phone calls. I buy jewelry as gifts several times each year. Will not spend a dollar here while I reside in Ohio. Look elsewhere for consistently good service.
