Panda did my 3rd tattoo over 3 years ago and since then I've had 3 more done by him. His work is excellent and I get compliments on them all the time especially on a tattoo of Lion eyes that I have. I told him what I wanted and the color I wanted the eyes to be and it came out exactly how I envisioned it......even better actually. The eyes look so real.
Made me feel comfortable and he is very patient. If it hurts and you want him to stop, he will and give you a breather and continue when you are ready.
