Arrived and was quickly seen for an exam. Picked out frames- was told they would be in 7-10 days(work days). We are on day 15 (work days) and still no glasses. I called again last night and found out that the frames are on back order. They don't know when they will be coming in. Wouldn't it have been nice to call and let me know this????? I asked to speak to manager was told she won't be in for 3 more days. I left message but if she doesn't call I will be canceling my order. Buyer BEWARE!!!!! Pros: great location Cons: Wait time for glasses
