I have been with Epicurean Lite for almost a year. All I can say is what a convenience it is to not have to worry about cooking. When you get home from a hard day's work that really is the last thing I want to worry about. The food is excellent. Its not like NutriSystem or frozen dinners. You simply pop it in the microwave and you can serve on your own dishes and your family wouldn't know the wiser. Very beautiful meals. My favorite is the basil stuffed chicken. I always order extras. The food is easily freezable. Lastly, I've lost 10 pounds since I've been on the food coupled with excercise. The food portions are just right. It's not diet food. It's great food. I never get sick of it. There is so much variation to the menu.
Pros: Never have to cook; food delivered right to your door; easily freezable
Cons: can be expensive if it is all you rely on, but if you are rich then no worries!
