I saw Diane and left crying! She was very knowledgeable about color, but gave me the worst haircut of my life. I was very specific in my wish to blend the layers of my hair, without taking off too much length. Within the first 3 minutes, she had 3 inches off the shortest layer. I went back to my ?regular? stylist and she was appalled by the cut. All she could say was ?You just need to be patient and let your hair grow back?.
