Good price on an oil change. The staff seem very competent, friendly. Unfortunately I feel I was given a ridiculously high estimate for a 90,000 mile service on my car. Thankfully I went elsewhere for another quote and got the work done for less than half the cost. At the place I got the service done (a week later) I was told one of my spark plugs was floating in the engine oil. This was one of the things Hoesly's neglected to inform me of when they took a look at my spark plugs etc... makes me wonder why they wouldn't have at least told me... or if they were negligent in their inspection and caused the spark plug to come loose in such a way? Not cool that I drove with it like that for at least a week. Regardless, I won't be going back.
