Once the movie starts and the lights are down, it's just my girl, myself, and the movie. Getting to that point is more difficult than it should be... Latest example is tonight when we went to see Hellboy II. Got there, got my tickets from the automated kiosk, and proceeded to wait in line at the concession stand. Over a dozen people there, and as usual, only 1 person behind the counter (the one with the grill). Luckily the movie was supposed to start at 9:25, so we had a half hour to go before the movie started. We get the food, get to the seats, and wait. And wait. And wait. 9:35 and still no movie. Since this happened before I decided not to get up this time, but I called them from my seat IN THE THEATER to ask them when the 9:25 movie will start. I was told it would start after the previews. I asked when the previews start. They said it started at 9:25. Then I told the lady it was after 9:30 and I was in theater #9 looking at a blank screen. To her credit, the previews started about a minute later. After the previews, the feature started and a couple of minutes into that, I called back to ask if they could turn off the lights. Yes, the lights, all of them, were still on. This time it took about two minutes but they finally dimmed the lights. Never thought I'd see the day when I'd have to call twice while I am in the seat to remind them of the basics light the movie and the lights. By the way, the movie was good, as good as the first one. And the company, great as usual. I would recommend the movie, but unfortunately, not the theater. Oh, and just as a goodbye gift, they must have been taking the garbage out when we were leaving because the corridor reeked. Pros: Parking Cons: Basic movie theater service
