As a loyal client of Stitch It Alterations I must say that I am disappointed in some of the recent posts written about them. I have NEVER had a bad experience with an employee, service, fairness of price or quality of workmanship. In fact I drive from Columbia, TN (40 miles) just to have my clothes altered by the best in the industry! I am greeted like an old friend every time I step through the door and they are always concerned if I may need an item by a certain date. It is a rare occasion that I will have a ""re-do"" and it is always met with a smiling face and prompt turnaround. I have been with them so long now they just ""know"" how I like my clothes altered and truly take care to do the best job possible for me. I, too, am in the customer service industry and know how hard it is to work with the public day-in and day-out. Jeff, Maggie and everyone at Stitch treat their customers with kindness, respect, fairness and superb service. I have recommended their services to countless friends and will continue to do so in the future. You guys are the best at what you do and I will always remain a loyal client-thanks so much!
