Review content:
I've been going to this place for years, and it never disappoints. Every night has a drink special and all beers are $4 or less. Pool is free most nights. Most of the TVs were upgraded to flat screen HDTV which is a plus for game viewing. Its definitely a ""local hangout"" type place as you see the same people there most every night, which is fine but I am sure not for everyone.
One of the main drawbacks of this place is the smoking, which will be a non-issue in January 2010 in NC anyways. Yet, the place is not well ventilated and even if you are only there 2 hours your clothes will reek of cigarette smoke. That, and the dart boards are really beat up and could stand to be replaced. Otherwise, fun place.
Pros: Many TVs and pool tables, reasonably priced drinks
Cons: Smoky, dart boards are threadbare
