Review content:
The breakfast at Thumbs up is consistently good--I have never had a bad meal here. The service, on the other hand...inconsistent at best. I've had servers who were friendly and quick, but then I had one experience where our server forgot to put in our order and we ended up waiting for over 45 minutes for our food (she wasn't apologetic in the least). Another peeve--having to wait for a table on the curb outside the tiny restaurant.
