Review content:
When I went to Gulfstream for a business lunch, I liked the restaurant's style and appearance. And it appeared that the meat and seafood dishes were well-prepared. Unfortunately, I am a vegetarian and the menu was more than disappointing. The only vegetarian ""entree"" was ""fresh seasonal vegetables,"" a sure sign that the chef does not care to impress vegetarian epicures like myself, or even want our business. This was confirmed when I inquired whether the chef would prepare something -- anything -- vegetarian that was more appetizing but not on the menu. My server came back to tell me, in effect, no. He said I could have the one seemingly veg salad (minus the beans, which were cooked in meat broth). Vegetarians, if you're looking for sustenance at Gulfstream, think again.
