I have been a member of this gym for over 8 years and paid lots of money to have the privilege to renew at a low fixed price. I have suffered through all the staff changes, revamping the old gym, many new co-owners and now a new location with new owners. The gym was closed for over 4 months with the move to the ""new gym"" location. To which I was only compensated 2 additional months added to my membership. Then when it came time to renew I was over charged for my membership and was told I would be issued a credit to my charge card, which never happened. After many months I told them just note my membership and credit me on my next renewal. Which never happened.
