Review content:
The Kims were so lovely, but the new manager is completely rotten. Today, I had 3 issues: 1. they pressed a blouse that I had told them (and the tag says) ""no iron"". He insisted that ""pressing"" and ""ironing"" are 2 totally different things. 2. I had a stain they didn't get out or acknowledge and he argued it wasn't a ""stain"", but a ""discoloration"". 3. He charged me $19 for a long sweater/tunic that he argued was a dress!! In the past, the same sweater was always $12 and we even found it in the records and he wouldn't change it.
A complete rude scoundrel. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: ruined clothes, rudeness, over-priced
