Review content:
Don't go here! I had four tires placed last year here. One of the tires went flat due to nails getting in the tire. I went back to Sam's because of the warranty and was very excited because I would only have to pay $46. Well, it was too good to be true. Went in 3/19/2012, Sam's said the tire would have to be ordered because it wasn't in the warehouse. They explained that the tire would be in 7-10 days later. I called on the 7th day and it wasn't in (didn't expect it to be in but thought I'd try). Called on the 12th day, not in. Actually went into the factory on the 15th day....NOT IN! All the while the workers are moving around lethargically. Anyways, I called Dan, the manager, on April 10th. He stated that there was a shipment of tires in and they'd call me if one of the tires was for me. Lo and behold, I didn't receive a phone call. After riding on a donut for some weeks, we decided to go to Goodyear. Great service there! In fact, the first time they put on the wrong tire and we had to go back. When we went back for the matching tire, they apologized profusely and said to come back tomorrow and they would have the tire I needed. Went back the next day, barely had to say a word. They put the tire on in 20 minutes. I paid $180 and was happy to do it for the right type of customer service. I guess you get what you pay for at the discounted warehouse!!!!!!!
