Review content:
I had lived in several Arhcstone apartments over the years and loved them until coming here. This complex changes management and employees constantly and are anything but customer focused. Anytime you need something they act as if you are asking for them to do something other than their job.
People leave their trash out overnight causing rodents and other bugs, they do not clean up after their pets, and their is no noise control after hours without calling the police station.
The rental increases are absurd and top over 200 every year for an apartment with more wear and no added SQ footage.
There are much nicer, more updated, and more reputable apartments in the area that are a better place to invest your hard earned money into.
