Who would think you'd find a real Hell in Hell's Kitchen?
I booked my family reunion into this hotel. We were told we'd have a block of rooms together. We were scattered all over the hotel.
The air conditioning didn't work (this was Aug) and we had to switch rooms.
The toilet broke minutes before our banquet and we were asked to switch rooms again.
One family's room had no electricity and was asked if they could wait until morning for repair! She had to find a new room as well.
My family had a good time because we were together, but the hotel is not worth it!
Pros: indoor pool, inexpensive, penthouse ballroom
Cons: poor customer service, shoddy electricity, shoddy plumbing
