As someone who is very active in the fitness industry, I will say I have not met more qualified personal trainers than James and Luis. I enjoy the healthy snacks they always have for me as well, so cute! Their private personal training studio in Chelsea is a great space and I enjoy going to my workout there once a week. The gym is always clean and the bathroom/shower is really convenient so I can run to work after. PPT recently started small group training and I have gone to a few classes of that also...love it! A few of my friends and I decided to go together and we really had a blast-as well as an exhausting workout. I've had many personal trainers throughout my time in NYC but PPT has got me hooked.
