Review content:
Unprofessional, lack of communication or concern for clients not to mention extremely unfriendly and unhelpful front desk staff. Here's my story: I signed up via a groupon for a 1st time exam. I filled out the paperwork over 1 month before the scheduled exam (earliest they had). I checked the box that I was pregnant. I do not hear a word or receive an email pertaining to my paperwork. Fine. I wait the month and finally go in for my appointment. For the first time, at the front desk, I am told since I am pregnant I need to have a doctor's note allowing for the x-ray or I need to wait until I have the baby. THEY WILL NOT GIVE A CLEANING/EXAM WITHOUT THE X-RAY. Unprofessional and a waste of my time. I waited an entire month for the appointment during which this was NEVER brought to my attention. To top it off, the front staff was unapologetic and treated me very poorly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
