I read the experiences of the other guy and he must have gotten someone having a very very bad day because I have NEVER had anything but a perfect experience at discount tires (DT). I have been buying tires from DT since I moved to Dallas in 1991 and always professional, expeditious and informed experiences. They have always done what was asked, helped me make informed choices and on 4 separate instances replaced....free of charge....4 different tires on my Land Cruiser and those aren't cheap. I am setting at Braums having an ice-cream while they put new tires on the BMW I just bought. I think DT tires is an exception business and my whole extended family uses them as well and had nothing but good experiences. For the record, I am a customer and not an employee or family member.
