Review content:
I went into their store with the intention of buying my wife a great Diamond pendant. I told the salesperson what I wanted including the color and clarity of the Diamond and they kept pushing this lab report from the EGL.I asked for a VS quality Diamond with a F color. I have heard that these Diamonds are graded very poorly. When I saw the Diamond I could see that it was yellow and definately not a colorless F. Needless to say I thanked the salesperson and left the store. I then went to a very highly rated jeweler and was astounded how easy it was to get what I asked for. All I can say os buyer be aware.
